Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
Most items ship within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. Occasionally we may be out of an item. In these cases we will contact you to let you know about the delay and give you the approximate ship date. In most cases out of stock items will ship within a week. Embroidered items are typically sewn as orders are placed. Depending upon our backlog and time of year, embroidery orders usually ship within 48 hours. If you are ordering horse decorations, please contact us and let us know if you are in a rush. We try to keep these in stock, but during show season our supply is rapidly depleted. If we are out of the colors you need, we will try our best to ship within 72 hours.

Shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS). We try to ship items the most economical way to save you money on shipping. If you need your order faster, please call and let us know. We can ship overnight via UPS if needed. When we ship we always email a delivery confirmation number so you are able to track your package.

Returns & Replacements
We gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after the ship date of your order. Items must be in original condition and include all packaging. Buyer is responsible for freight charges. Special orders may have a 10% restocking fee charged. Embroidered items that have been personalized with names or monograms are not returnable.

We accept Credit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover (Via this website or Phone), Paypal, Google Payments, and Money Orders. If you wish to pay via money order, please send email to jeff@bigblackhorse.com. You may phone your credit order to us at 507-602-0920. Otherwise, just use the handy shopping cart.
